Vendor Policies
Payment & Registration
• All vendor space fees are non-refundable
• Your space is only secured once payment is received
• Spaces are limited and curated to maintain a balanced market
Cancellations
• Vendor cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded or credited
• In the event of extreme circumstances, credits may be considered at the organizer’s discretion
Weather Policy
• This is an outdoor market and will be held rain or shine
• Vendors are responsible for providing appropriate coverage (tent, weights, etc.)
• No refunds will be issued due to weather
Booth Setup Requirements
• Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and display materials
• Tents must be properly weighted for safety
• All displays must remain within your assigned booth space
Setup & Breakdown
• Setup times will be provided prior to the event
• Vendors must be fully set up before market opening (9AM)
• Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved
• Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and free of debris
Products & Conduct
• Vendors must sell items that align with a family-friendly, community market
• No counterfeit, illegal, or inappropriate items
• Vendors are expected to be respectful to guests, other vendors, and staff
• The event organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor not complying with guidelines
Food Vendors
• Must comply with all local health department regulations
• Required permits/licenses must be available upon request
Liability
• Vendors participate at their own risk
• The event and venue are not responsible for theft, damage, or injury
• Vendors are encouraged to carry their own insurance
